We deliver and collect nationwide across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the items are ready for collection at the agreed time and that someone is present to receive the goods at the delivery destination. Failure to meet these requirements may result in additional waiting charges or a redelivery fee.
For house and student moves, prices are based on the information provided regarding the volume of items and access levels. Any significant deviations from the provided details may result in additional charges.
Storage is offered for both business and private customers. Prohibited items (flammables, perishables, illegal goods) cannot be stored. Storage fees must be paid in advance or as per the agreed schedule.
Chop Chop Logistics Ltd maintains Goods in Transit and Public Liability insurance. However, customers are encouraged to ensure high-value items are independently insured. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all items are adequately packaged for transit. We do not accept liability for damage to items that are shipped without sufficient protection—such as unboxed televisions or improperly wrapped glassware. In such instances, the risk of damage remains entirely with the customer.
